Krystle is a Prosci-certified change management professional with a proven track record of over a decade leading and managing virtual and in-person teams. Her vast career experience spans from corporate tax consulting to strategic priorities project management, eventually specializing in organizational change management. In addition to her professional experience, she is pursuing her Masters of Science in Learning and Organizational Change (MSLOC) at Northwestern University.

In her spare time, Krystle creates content through her YouTube channel, Life Quarterly, which represents a community of creators actively working towards setting and achieving quarterly goals throughout the year. Her hobbies include sailing, watercolor painting and journaling.
